PNB Rock and his brother PNB Meen were spotted in Philly smoking and hanging out in the projects this weekend. The two hit up the luxury department store Neiman Marcus in King Of Prussia Mall (an hour outside of Philadelphia). The two can be allegedly seen in the video going ham on somebody inside the mens shoe department of Neiman Marcus!

Nobody has come forward to the police, and it looks like just a plain ole alleged run up, get one up.
